Acting for an Italian IT company in relation to its software licensing agreement with a large Georgian corporate customer;

Acting for a German law firm in relation to Georgian law advice on a trademark and know-how licensing agreement between a German manufacturer (as licensor) and a Georgian manufacturer (as licensee);

Advising an Italian clothing company on a Georgian law franchise agreement;

Advising a Japanese hi-tech company on the licensing of software and know-how from a Georgian software developer;

Acting for a US – Georgian start-up company on due diligence and licensing of Georgian patents from a Georgian inventor and formation and documentation of business implementation vehicles;

Representation of a Japanese car manufacturing company in Georgian employment matters and advising on the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts;
