Acting for a lead European manufacturer of farming equipment in a secured lending to a Georgian buyer;

Advising a lead Georgian microfinance organization and its US parent on a complex cross-border reorganization and refinancing scheme;

Acting as Georgian counsel to a sovereign government in a debut sovereign Eurobond offering;

Advising a UK registered, independent investment management company, on the establishment of a mortgage banking business in Georgia;

Acting for a European investor in drafting and negotiation of Georgian law security agreements, convertible loan agreement and other instruments relating to the financing of the construction and development of a multimillion-dollar residential and commercial complex in Tbilisi;

Advising an American multinational financial services corporation on the Georgian law regulations applicable to the obligation to pay authorized amounts to the merchants in case of acquirer’s failure and risks arising for the corporation from Georgian law perspective;
